All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or is not the item purchased.
A restocking or processing fee of the greater of 15% or £15 may be charged for qualified returns. No return will be accepted or processed without prior written authorisation.
