Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or is not the item purchased.

A restocking or processing fee of the greater of 15% or £15 may be charged for qualified returns. No return will be accepted or processed without prior written authorisation. To obtain authorisation, please email within 14 days of the delivery date. Please reference your order number and include photos of damage, if applicable.
